As you know we implement first most-voted requests so we need to wait for some more voices.
Thanks for understanding !

For this time we have few different types of alerts on adding product to cart. There are:
1/ Alert
2/ Alert advanced
3/ Open off-canvas/dropdown content
4/ Popup
This setting name is "Product Added Notification" and may be found by going Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Shop page layout.

So it means your request makes logic to add "confirm" option before removing products from mini-cart and types of notifications on removing products from mini-cart. If I am right, please, confirm or provide more details of the ideas.
