Multiple promo texts for multiple headers

Using multiple headers (for example with trimmed down version for cart page), buying visitors respond to other messages than casual browsers. It would be great to service those buyers with tailored promo texts in the ticker line: i.imgur.com/rMyyfU1.png to improve conversion. Maybe the code for the ticker can be nested inside the multiple header code?
