there is maintanance page available in the theme ? how can i set the page visible only to public and not for admin

Hello @Valeria
Currently Maintanance mode works for all non-logged in customers. It means that only the ones who have be registered and logged In on your web-site can have access to see the real web-site, others will see the page template you choose for maintanance mode.
