Better toggle function for Hotspot on Mobile

The hotspot function works fine on desktop, however on mobile, it is not very user friendly, we have to click on the “+” sign to open the hotspot, to close it we also must click on the “-” sign again.

To make it more user friendly, on mobile and pad, the user should be able to:
– click on the "+" sign to open the hotspot.
– click anywhere on the screen to close the hotspot.
– if they click on the other hotspot “+” sign, the old window should close and new window should open.
