Video embedding feature require improvement.

Creat an option to place the video in the 1st position like the screenshot and thumbnail for the video. Currently the video feature show up in the last which makes it less attentive.

1. Adding thumbnail to the video
2. Finger swipe (from video to picture) option in the video
3. Video tile link could be disabled so the viewers can't distract from my site to another website.
