Improved quantity box - Off Canvas Mini Cart

1. Add delay (e.g 500ms - 1000ms) when changing quantity (will reduce the number of queries to the database when changing e.g. from 1 item to 5.)
2. Enable the removal and introduction of a new amount of items. Now the item is removed when the quantity has been cleared.
These two things will make the mini cart even better.

Thank You! But not everything has been done. When I clear the quantity of products then the product is removed... but then I want to enter some other value. Can you fix it?
