Change H1 structure on category pages (Xstore)

On Xstore, you use H1 inside of the breadcrumbs. This is not best practice. Maybe some people like this, but I don't find this ideal for users. The H1 title should be a big title, and should not be used inside of the breadcrumb. Can this be changed so that we can choose "show H1 title on productcategory page"? This allows everyone to choose if they want the H1 to show or not.
The breadcrumb is good for SEO, so I would not "delete" it from the site, but I would change the to a or something.

We implement the most popular features step-by-step on our developer team. If the request requires some more time (2-6 month) then we do quick requests firstly and after that we return to working on that one requires more time of development. Hope you understand us rightly !
You can check the 'LIVE' section with already implemented things and there are many things that are released so you could not say that this forum is just a "yes, we will implement your diea"...

In order to not "break" anything for others, can you make my feature request an option in the theme settings instead of a default setting?
This should insure that other websites have no duplicate H1 titles.

That's a good solution. I changed it to .
However it would be good to include a H1 title automatically on product category pages. Otherwise, if you have 50 categories, you have to set this yourself 50 times.

Can you please, describe in more detail about categories 50times ? Because I don't understand what you do so many times ? Set titles for categories ?

Hello Jack,
In my Xstore, there is no H1 title for the product category title.
Example page: vloerencaerels.be/vloertegels/
So for every category page, I have type set this title manually.
I have done this via the "Description" field for now, e.g. vloerencaerels.be/vloertegels/keramisch/betonlook/
But normally there is always a default H1 title already. I could not find this in the theme options.

Wow, I cannot believe you're actually requesting this! You're creating a problem for everybody trying to customize e category page with a banner, header text, or whatever that would include a page title (H1), by auto-creating another H1 tag.

You shouldn't have any problem at all.
Currently there is NO H1 title on categories, except for the H1 that is in the breadcrumb by default. And that is actually not correct in terms of SEO.
But YES, you shouldn't have 2 H1's. So I requested to have AN OPTION to change this in the Theme settings. This won't create any problem for you, because you'd have to change your settings first...
