Change "Checkout" button to "Go to Cart"

When the customer hovers over the cart icon, a window appears with the added products and a "Checkout" button (prnt.sc/tkwx9o). It is very likely that the customer will click on the "Checkout" button and this will take him to the checkout. However, it would be interesting for this button to take the customer to the cart.

I know that the customer can click on the cart icon to be redirected to the cart page. However, the icon is not very intuitive. So, in addition to the icon, the theme could also offer the possibility of inserting the cart page link in the button. I find it interesting that the customer always passes by the cart first.
